Our SUP Hut is in the middle of Sandy Bay beach, 700m past the Caleta Hotel. ### What equipment do you provide? We supply top-quality gear, including the GIANT paddleboard, leash, buoyancy aids, and life belts. ### How fit do I need to be? A basic fitness level and swimming ability are required for SUP. We provide buoyancy aids for added safety. ### Is insurance necessary for participation? We strongly recommend insurance covering cancellation, accidents, and personal injuries. ### What is the minimum age for SUPing? Children aged 6 and above with basic swimming ability and parental/guardian permission can enjoy SUPing. ### Is there parking available? In the summer months parking is difficult around Sandy Bay, but there is limited parking available on Sir Herbert Mile Road in designated areas (please read the parking signs). You’ll need to arrive at least 10 minutes before your session’s start time. We cannot accommodate late-comers as it affects the session for other customers on the SUP experience. Remember parking may be difficult in the summer and if coming from Spain that the frontier queue can vary. ### Do sessions ever get cancelled? We will cancel if we deem conditions to be unsuitable (e.g. very strong winds, fast fluvial flows, etc.), but we are not put off by a bit of rain or wind. If your session is cancelled by us, you will have an option to reschedule or a refund. We also occasionally postpone due to jellyfish.
