Embark on a one-hour SUP adventure in the tranquil bays of Sandy Bay or Camp Bay. Experience the joy of stand-up paddle boarding without the need for prior boarding or canoeing expertise. Our rental package includes all the essentials for a safe and enjoyable experience.
The meeting point will be the SUP Hut in the middle of Sandy Bay beach. Then, choose between Sandy Bay on the east side, offering breathtaking views of the Rock monolith, or Camp Bay on the west side, known for its vibrant atmosphere.
No previous boarding or canoeing experience is required. This activity is suitable for all skill levels, making it an excellent choice for beginners and families. Those aged 6+ are welcome, but children should always be accompanied by an adult.

We meet at the SUP Hut in the middle of Sandy Bay beach, situated 700m past the Caleta Hotel.
In the summer months parking is difficult around Sandy Bay, but there is limited parking available on Sir Herbert Mile Road in designated areas (please read the parking signs). Another option is to park at Catalan Bay and walk the 1km to Sandy bay. However, there is a very good bus service (No. 4 and 8) that runs from the market place to Sandy Bay (www.gibraltarbuscompany.gi) Camp Bay has more parking although in the summer months weekends and evenings are busy. Europa Point has additional parking spaces which is a 1 km walk to Camp Bay.
We pride ourselves with high quality and well-maintained kit. We provide Red Paddle inflatable paddleboards and BIC/RRD rigid boards, leash and paddles for you to use. We have buoyancy aids and life belts for use when required.
To Stand Up Paddleboard, you will need to have a simple level of fitness and basic swimming ability, buoyancy aids are available.
We strongly recommend you take out insurance against cancellation and accident and personal injury.
You’ll need to arrive at least 10 minutes before your session’s start time. We cannot accommodate late-comers as it affects the session for other customers on the SUP experience. Remember parking may be difficult in the summer and if coming from Spain that the frontier queue can vary.
We will cancel if we deem conditions to be unsuitable (e.g. very strong winds, fast fluvial flows, etc.), but we are not put off by a bit of rain or wind. If your session is cancelled by us, you will have an option to reschedule or a refund. We also occasionally postpone due to jellyfish. However, we try to work together to find a solution.
