## FAQs

### Who can climb?

Anyone with basic fitness and mobility. Our routes range from very easy, through slightly challenging and onwards to very hard (if that's your bag...).

### I’ve never climbed before – can I still join?

Absolutely. Our climbing sessions are designed to be beginner-friendly (unless you're looking to be pushed). You’ll be taught the basics and supported by an experienced guide the whole time. The venues we use offer a range of routes so you can start with easy climbs and progress at your own pace.

### Is outdoor climbing dangerous?

All climbing carries some risk, but our sessions are run by highly trained and qualified guides who manage these risks carefully. With expert instruction, quality safety equipment, and well-chosen venues, you’ll be in safe hands.

### How long does the session last?

Each session lasts around three hours , depending on the size of the group and weather conditions.

### What should I bring with me?

Wales is known for unpredictable weather, so we recommend packing: A warm jumper and waterproof jacket (and trousers if possible) Suncream – just in case! Snacks and water Sturdy outdoor footwear (no sandals or flip-flops) Any medication you may need A backpack (around 30 litres) to carry gear to the crag

### What happens if the weather is bad?

We can often climb in more varied weather than you might expect. Unless conditions are unsafe, sessions will usually go ahead. If we do need to postpone or adjust the plan, we’ll contact you in advance.

### Can I get photos or videos of my climb?

While we don’t offer a professional photography service, our guides often carry phones or cameras and may snap a few shots of your climbing achievements. You’re welcome to bring your own GoPro or action camera too.
