Tailored to meet your individual goals, these customised courses allow you to focus on exactly what you wish to learn or improve. Covering skills such as navigation, scrambling, traditional climbing, or multipitch mountaineering, these sessions provide an adaptable approach to help you reach your personal outdoor ambitions.
On the day, your course will be led by a qualified AMI Mountaineering Instructor who will provide step-by-step guidance, whether you’re focusing on navigating complex terrains, mastering scrambling routes, or advancing your climbing abilities on multipitch climbs. If you choose to continue your training across multiple days, each will build upon the previous, enhancing your experience.
You’ll leave the course equipped with practical skills, greater confidence, and an understanding of climbing techniques, navigation strategies, or other skills aligned with your ambitions. Every element of the session will be tailored to provide a solid foundation that empowers you to take on future challenges independently.
Courses are available at various prime climbing and mountaineering spots, including the Lake District, Peak District, Yorkshire Dales, Lancashire, and North Wales.
Each location offers unique terrains and challenges that will enrich your learning.
No specific prerequisites are required, but a reasonable level of fitness and enthusiasm for outdoor activities is recommended.
All necessary safety gear will be provided to ensure a secure and supportive environment.
We specialise in creating highly personalised courses, ensuring each participant receives the instruction they need to achieve their goals. With a commitment to quality and safety, our instructors are fully qualified and dedicated to helping clients gain the skills they need to pursue their passions confidently.
By offering multiple locations and a flexible approach, we ensure our courses meet the unique needs of each participant.
Requests to reschedule must be sent at least 24 hours before the course.
Availability is not guaranteed, especially during peak summer periods, but we will try to accommodate your request.
Please note that rescheduling is permitted only once. If you do not attend on the rescheduled date, you will not be eligible for a refund.
Courses are planned with weather flexibility in mind, as mountain conditions can vary. Be prepared for wet, windy, or colder conditions.
We may change locations to nearby areas based on forecasts. For instance, a course set for the Lake District might be relocated from Langdale to Duddon Valley (under 30 minutes away) if it offers better conditions.
If we deem no venue is suitable due to the weather, we’ll cancel and offer new dates or a 100% refund.
Under-18s must be accompanied by a parent or guardian throughout the activity.
For children aged 12 and below, please contact us via the adventuro chat below before booking to confirm suitability for your planned activity.
