You will need to wear loose fitting clothing and a warm jumper or fleece to ensure you do not cool off too much between climbs as the instructor introduces skills. Long hair should be tied back, and we advise that you have no loose stuff in your pockets (keys, phones etc) as these may fall out whilst you are climbing or be uncomfortable under a harness.
Climbing shoes are included in the session price.
