Upon arrival at Headcorn Aerodrome, you’ll be welcomed and provided with a comprehensive safety briefing. After that, you’ll receive details about your chosen route, including key points of interest and recommended stops. We’ll demonstrate how to use the electric bike, allowing you to take a test ride to ensure comfort and satisfaction. A memorable photo opportunity will be offered before we complete the safety briefing and give you final tips on the route.
In the unlikely event of a puncture, don’t worry – the e-bikes are equipped with puncture-proof tyres filled with sealant. Should you encounter any issues, simply call our emergency number. If you find yourself lost or uncertain of your location, periodic text updates and geolocation features on your phone will help us assist you. Reception has improved significantly in recent years, and if needed, we can provide rescue services or suggest shortcuts, especially if you're running late after 3pm.

The area is renowned for its beautiful routes and charming landscapes, making it an ideal starting point for your e-bike adventure.
No previous experience with e-bikes is required, as full instruction and a safety briefing will be provided. We recommend arriving a little before your hire time to ensure you’re ready to set off promptly at 10am.
All e-bikes have a minimum age requirement for them to be ridden legally. To use an EAPC legally in the UK, you must be at least 14 years old.

Upon arrival, you'll receive detailed information about your chosen route, including key stops and activities. We will demonstrate how to operate the electric bike and allow you to test ride it to ensure you're comfortable.
After a photo to remember your adventure, we will provide a safety briefing highlighting important areas to be cautious of before you start your journey.
Our e-bikes are equipped with puncture-proof tyres and sealant.
However, in the rare event of a puncture, please call the emergency number provided for assistance.
The e-bikes comes with a 50 mile range battery so you don't need to worry.
If something happens, you can always call us on the emergency number provided.
We recommend texting us your location periodically so we can track your progress along the route. Additionally, most of the time, we can assist by enabling geolocation on your phone.
Reception has significantly improved in the past four years. If you're concerned or running late (after 3pm), feel free to call us. We can provide shortcuts and are ready to assist if needed.
