Join us for our FAA Level 2 Basic Life Support course, an essential training opportunity for healthcare professionals and individuals seeking to enhance their first aid capabilities. This regulated qualification provides you with the necessary skills and practical competence to administer effective first aid until professional medical help arrives.
Throughout the course, participants will engage in comprehensive training sessions covering essential first aid procedures. Starting with CPR techniques, participants will learn how to provide chest compressions and rescue breaths effectively. Practical demonstrations and hands-on exercises will reinforce these skills.
The course then progresses to the safe use of an AED, focusing on timely defibrillation in cases of cardiac arrest. Participants will also learn the 'Primary Survey' technique for rapid casualty assessment and the recovery position for maintaining airway patency. Finally, choking management techniques will be explored, ensuring participants are equipped to respond confidently to choking emergencies.
