Our session is suitable for adventurous adults and confident teenagers aged 14 and above. ### Can I participate if I'm not a strong swimmer? While swimming skills are essential, our experienced guides provide support and guidance throughout the activity, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants. ### Are there any alternatives for children under 14? Of course! If you scroll to the bottom of this page, you'll see our other available courses. Here, you'll find the introduction to coasteering course that allows participants from 10 years old. ### Where should we park? We meet at Port Gaverne beach prior to our activities unless otherwise stated. PARKING IS LIMITED IN THE AREA. We recommend allowing plenty of time to find parking. Alternatively to minimise traffic congestion it might be easier if somebody can drop you off for the activity. The public conveniences in Port Gaverne aren’t always open and we’d recommend using the public toilets in St Endellion Car Park (20p) before coming down into Port Gaverne. ### What should we bring with us? We provide all the equipment needed for your activity. Please note – we don’t have any changing facilities, therefore you will be getting changed on the beach so please bring a changing robe or large towel. ### What shall we do with valuables? We recommend that you only bring what is essential for your time with us. We can store bags in our equipment store but please note we don’t have any lockers and/or secure storage. Any valuables left in the care of us are left at the owners risk. ### Can we wear/bring a GoPro or Action Camera? Yes, although we prefer that you have a floating attachment so that it doesn’t get lost or sink. We are not liable for the loss or damage of your camera. We don’t have any helmets with a mount attached. ### What should we do if we’re early? We recommend allowing plenty of time to find a parking space as the local area can be very busy. Please only check in with us 5-10 minutes before your activity start time. We operate out of a very small cellar and have staggered start times for each of our activities to avoid congestion. ### Can I watch the activity? Yes, we run all of our activities off the beach here at Port Gaverne. There is a headland on the right hand side of the beach called ‘The Main’ there are some steps on the right hand side of the beach that lead up onto the headland (cut off at high tide) or a path half way up the road.
