We are striving to transform London's waterways into avenues of joy and adventure. As the city's foremost kayak hire provider, we prioritise fun and safety for everyone.
Our tandem kayaks are anchored at Limehouse, the historic entrance to the canal network. Just a minute's walk from Limehouse DLR station, it's easy to find us and start your adventure.
We operate every weekend from Easter to 24th October, including Bank Holidays. So request your preferred time slot and number of kayaks, and we will confirm your perfect day out with your friends, family or partner!

On the day of your adventure, a member of our crew will meet you, equip you with all necessary gear, and guide you through the basics on dry land before you embark on your journey. Most people stay pretty dry, but a splash or two is part of the fun!

Since our inception in 2012, we've been devoted to making London's waterways enjoyable for everyone. We've proudly introduced over 45,000 people to paddlesport in the heart of the city.
We work diligently to enhance and safeguard our waterways and have helped establish two community action groups, The Lower Regent's Coalition and Friends of the Cut.

Our Tandem Kayaks live at Limehouse Basin. If you're booking a kayak online, your adventure will start and finish there. The closest station is Limehouse DLR.
All our craft are very stable, so capsizes are rare, but they are still a risk and you should expect a few paddle splashes. Kayaks tend to be slightly splashier than canoes. If you're worried, just bring a change of clothes.
Not for kayak hire! All our equipment is beginner friendly and our team of instructors will take you through the basics before you set off, as well as letting you know the rules of the canal.
To hire any equipment from us, you must be able to swim and have adequate water confidence to keep yourself and other users safe. Capsizes are rare in our boats, but remain a risk - you need to be able to get yourself and your crew to safety should things take a soggy turn.
We don't have any single boats for hire, as they are less stable and tricky to portage around any locks. We would always recommend buddying up with someone anyway as it's more sociable and safer if you have any issues. Our kayaks can be paddled solo if you have an odd number in your group or your buddy can't make it on the day.
Our Tandem Kayaks will seat two adults, two adults and one child under 4 years old, or one adult and two children (one of them under 4 years old). With two adults on board, there is space for a small dog too!
Our kayaks can be controlled by either one or two people, so we can accommodate odd or even numbered groups.
Dress for the weather on the day and bring an extra layer just in case.

Your buoyancy aids, paddles and a waterproof barrel for smaller valuables will be provided.
We don't have a minimum age, but do ask that children have some water confidence and can be fitted safely into a buoyancy aid. Parents or carers must take full responsibility for their children at all times, and there must be an adult in each boat. We have buoyancy aids which will generally fit little ones right down to around 6 months old.
Parking is possible on Narrow Street, Horseferry Lane and all the other surrounding residential streets at weekends/weekday evenings after 5.30pm. If you are arriving by car, please navigate to E14 7JZ.

Amazing day! Adventuro have been exceptional! I was lucky enough to spend a gorgeous sunny day canoeing down the hackney canals with Katy, followed by some drinks at barge east just in time to avoid the rain ! Adventuro made booking easy, would thoroughly recommend!
