All equipment is included in the session. You will need to wear loose fitting clothing and a warm jumper or fleece to ensure you do not cool off too much between climbs as the instructor introduces skills. Long hair should be tied back and we advise that you have no loose stuff in your pockets (keys, phones etc) as these may fall out whilst you are climbing or be uncomfortable under a harness. Bring a pound coin for the lockers! ### Are there changing rooms? Yes, we have changing rooms, toilets and showers. We also have accessible toilet facilities and baby changing. ### Do you have lockers? Lockers are available and can be secured with a padlock or with a returnable £1 coin.
