Our 3-hour session covers everything you need to kickstart your kayaking journey. Starting from the complete basics, this session follows the Paddle UK (formerly British Canoeing) syllabus to ensure a comprehensive experience.

No, this session is perfect for beginners with no previous kayaking experience.
We recommend wearing comfortable clothing suitable for water activities and bringing sunscreen, a hat, and a water bottle.
Yes, our sessions are open to participants aged 8 and above, making it a great family-friendly activity.
Our centre is open every day from April -the end of October subject to demand and the weather.
We don’t charge extra for things you need for each booking. So wetsuits are available to all who want to use them. Buoyancy aids are compulsory so of course you get one of those.
All our kayaks come with back supports. We have a small selection of wetsuit shoes for those who forget, but as this is a more personal thing we suggest you bring your own enclosed toe type of shoe that can get wet.
The use of all kit is included with each lesson.
Unfortunately, we don’t. A large council-owned car park in Mudeford Quay is payable by the hour. Please note that the car park can be very busy during peak season and at the weekends, so please allow plenty of time before your lesson.
All users must read, understand and sign a waiver form prior to use. This will be found in your booking email. And as per your agreement, you must follow instructions given by the team. If in doubt ask.
