Suitability Hire is suitable for paddlers with some experience, or those who have attended an 'intro' session (you can book this below if not!). You'll need to be comfortable following navigation rules and controlling the craft in varying weather conditions. Our SUPs are licensed for you to freely explore East London's canal network. We have a range of boards, and our team will assist you in selecting the perfect one for you. Paddleboarding is generally suitable for anyone aged 14 and up. Any under-18's must be competent and accompanied on the water by a responsible adult. Dogs are welcome to share a board with an adult, but keep in mind, you may get wet!
