You can choose from stand-up paddleboards (SUPs), kayaks, canoes, or even a MEGA SUP (a giant paddleboard that fits multiple people).

Not at all! This session is designed for beginners and those looking to try something new.
Our qualified instructors will guide you through the basics, ensuring you feel comfortable and confident on the water.
If you already have some experience, you can focus on refining your technique and enjoying the activities.
We recommend wearing lightweight, quick-drying clothing that you don’t mind getting wet. Swimwear under sportswear is a good option.
Footwear should be soft-soled and secure, such as trainers or water shoes—flip-flops and walking boots aren’t suitable. You may also want to bring a towel, a change of clothes, and a waterproof bag for your belongings.
Other useful items include a waterproof phone case, snacks, a drink, and sun protection if it’s a warm day.
It’s possible! While we aim to help you stay balanced and comfortable on your chosen craft, part of the fun of paddle sports is the chance of getting a little wet.
If you do fall in, our instructors are on hand to help you get back on easily. All participants wear buoyancy aids for safety, and the water in our session area is calm and shallow in places.
