Who can participate in the Stand Up Paddleboarding (SUP) lessons?

Our SUP lessons are designed for everyone, from complete beginners to intermediate paddleboarders looking to refine their skills. It's suitable for all age groups, however, children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.

What equipment do I need for the SUP lessons?

We will provide all necessary SUP equipment including the board, paddle, and safety equipment such as life jackets. You just need to come in comfortable swimwear.

How long are the SUP lessons?

We offer 1 hour lessons but to get the most out of the experiecne we recommend adding another one or two hours to gain in confidence.

Do I need to know how to swim?

Yes, even with a life jacket, participants should be comfortable in and around the water.

What will I learn during the SUP lessons?

Our SUP lessons cover all the basics including understanding equipment, basic paddleboarding skills, safety procedures, different paddling styles, and on-water practice. For intermediate learners, we also cover advanced techniques.

Yes, we have a great cafe serving hot food!

What if the weather conditions are bad?

If the weather conditions are deemed unsafe for paddleboarding, we will reschedule your lesson for a later date. Safety is our top priority.
