We recommend you bring a complete change of clothing, a towel, a pair of shorts (to wear over the wetsuit), trainers or walking boots, light refreshments, and personal medication (if applicable).
The walks to each venue are short and easy. Once in the gorge we do move at a fairly steady pace (although it can feel quick). A good general level of fitness is recommended.
This is flexible and will be to suit you. We often meet clients in Ambleside, or if staying nearby we may arrange to meet at your accommodation.
Yes. Please bring at least one litre of water per person and a packed lunch & snacks. During the cooler months, you may wish to bring a flask of something hot: tea / coffee / hot chocolate / hot juice all work well.
