我們非常建議你帶一雙運動鞋／步行鞋，鞋子應有鞋帶和良好鞋底，而且不要已經破損不堪。 由於環境特性所限，我們會在崎嶇不平、有時濕滑的岩石地面上前進；一雙好的運動鞋或步行鞋能在這些情況下提供最佳穩定性。 不建議穿著沒有鞋帶或拉繩的氯丁橡膠岩鞋。
