Enhance your freediving abilities with expert-led pool training sessions focused on the fundamentals of static (STA) and dynamic (DYN) freediving. Whether you are advancing through your AIDA Pool certification or looking to refine your freediving techniques, these structured sessions will guide you toward improved performance. Experienced instructors will ensure that every session builds on the last, helping you reach your goals in a safe and supportive environment.
Our training sessions follow a carefully planned programme that caters to various freediving skill levels. The session begins with a warm-up, focusing on relaxation and breath control, setting the stage for optimal performance in both STA and DYN disciplines. Exercises will target buoyancy, streamlining, and finning, allowing you to refine your dynamic technique in the water. Additionally, you will engage in STA CO2 tables designed to build your tolerance to carbon dioxide, helping to lengthen your breath-hold time. Throughout each session, you will practise buddying and rescue techniques to enhance safety, ensuring you and your peers are confident and capable freedivers.
Each class also incorporates progressive exercises that align with AIDA Pool course requirements, giving you the practical skills needed to advance. The session concludes with a review and cool-down, where you can discuss your progress with the instructor, ensuring you're on track for future achievements.

Yes, basic swimming ability is required.
However, you don't need to be an exceptional swimmer. The minimum requirement is the ability to swim 100 metres continuously or 200 metres using a mask, snorkel, and fins.
While we don't teach swimming during our courses, we do provide guidance on specific freediving techniques such as streamlining and finning.
Participants must be 16 years or older, with parental or guardian consent for those under 18.
There is no upper age limit. As long as you're in good health and can complete our medical release forms, you're welcome to join.

However, do eat something, as low blood sugar can negatively impact your freediving performance.
Freediving, like any sport, carries risks if safety measures are not followed. It is completely safe as long as you never dive alone and have been properly trained.
To ensure safety, we regularly practice rescue procedures, and all our instructors hold safety qualifications in addition to their freediving certifications.
Participants must complete a medical health form to identify any conditions that could affect their safety. If any medical issues are present, a signed release from a doctor is required.
Anyone in good health can safely enjoy freediving, and we are committed to teaching the sport responsibly.
