Experience an unforgettable day of adventure on the gorgeous Pembrokeshire Coast with a full-day exploration that combines Kayaking and Coasteering. This activity is designed for those who are eager to immerse themselves in the beauty of the St. Davids Peninsula, navigating hidden coves, secret caves, and scenic beaches while enjoying a range of exciting water-based activities. Perfect for both beginners and seasoned adventurers, this session promises a day filled with fun, discovery, and the joy of the great outdoors.
Your adventure begins at our meeting point in St Davids, where you will sign the waiver and get fitted with the necessary gear. After this, we transport you to the start location for the activities. The day is structured to offer both Kayaking and Coasteering, allowing for a flexible experience tailored to the group’s interests and the weather conditions.
During the Kayaking portion, you will navigate the coastline in a stable sit-on-top sea kayak, exploring peaceful bays and hidden caves. The open cockpit of the kayak provides a comfortable and enjoyable paddling experience, where you can even soak up some sun as you move through the waters.
Following the kayaking adventure, you will transition to Coasteering, which involves climbing, jumping, and swimming along the rugged coastline. This part of the day is designed to be exciting and challenging, offering a unique perspective on the amazing landscape. Depending on the weather and group preferences, there may be opportunities for snorkelling or a spot of fishing. The day is highly adaptable, allowing you to pause and enjoy the sights and sounds of the Pembrokeshire coast at your own pace.
Set in the beautiful Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, this activity takes advantage of some of the cleanest coastal waters in Europe and an environment rich in wildlife and dramatic landscapes. The coastal region offers an ideal backdrop for outdoor adventures, characterised by its diverse terrain and amazing seascapes.
Participants should be comfortable in the water and possess a sense of adventure. The activity is suitable for those aged 13 and above.
While no prior experience is necessary, a basic level of fitness and a readiness to engage in both kayaking and coasteering will enhance the experience.

Wear suitable clothing for outdoor activities, including swimmers, old trainers, and a towel.
For the climbing segment, bring appropriate walking shoes due to the rocky coastal path. All other equipment will be provided.
The activity is suitable for participants aged 13 and above.
Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

No prior experience is required for this activity.
Our experienced instructors will provide all necessary guidance and ensure that you are comfortable with the equipment and techniques used.
A basic level of swimming ability is necessary for this activity.
However, if you are not a confident swimmer, please let us know when you arrive so we can ensure you receive additional support and guidance throughout the adventure.
