Experience an exciting adventure on the coast, combining exploration, scrambling, leaping, climbing, and swimming. Designed for all skill levels, this activity ensures an unforgettable day in the gorgeous Pembrokeshire Coast National Park.
Upon arrival at our meeting point in St Davids, you'll be greeted and guided through the necessary paperwork before getting kitted up with all required equipment. The coasteering location is conveniently within walking distance, about a 15-minute walk. Once at the starting point, our experienced instructors will provide a comprehensive safety briefing and introduce you to the basics of coasteering.
Discovery Package: Perfect for beginners and families, this session starts with a gentle introduction to the coastal terrain. You'll begin with light scrambling over rocks, gradually progressing to small jumps and swims through calm waters. The pace is relaxed, allowing you to fully appreciate the beauty and unique features of the coastline. The focus is on building confidence and having fun in a supportive environment, making it an ideal choice for those trying coasteering for the first time or preferring a slower pace.
Explorer Package: Designed for the more adventurous, this session is faster-paced and includes more challenging elements. You'll tackle higher jumps and longer swims, navigating more rugged terrain. This package is suitable for those who are confident in the water and enjoy pushing their limits. The emphasis is on adventure and excitement, providing an exciting experience that tests your skills and endurance.
Nestled in the heart of the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, St Davids boasts some of the cleanest coastal waters in Europe. The area is renowned for its rich wildlife, dramatic landscapes, and spectacular seascapes, making it the perfect setting for coasteering. The meeting point is at St Davids, Haverfordwest, and the activity site is just a short walk away.
Participants should have a basic level of fitness and be comfortable in the water. For the Explorer Package, a higher level of comfort and confidence in water-based activities is recommended.

Bring swimwear, a towel, dry clothes for after the session, a pair of old trainers and shorts to wear over our wetsuits, and suitable walking shoes for the approach.
No previous experience is required for the Discovery Package.
The Explorer Package requires participants to be comfortable in the water and enjoy a challenge.
Our activities run in most weather conditions, but safety is our priority.
If conditions are deemed unsafe, we will reschedule or offer a refund.

Yes, we can accommodate groups. Our instructor-to-group ratio is 1:8 for coasteering.
