Stand-up paddleboarding is an excellent choice for team-building, offering a fun and unique way for your group to come together, enjoy the outdoors, and learn a new skill. Whether you're looking to build camaraderie or simply enjoy a day on the water, this session can be tailored to suit your group's needs, with options for relaxation or more active involvement.
For a truly bespoke session, you can mix activities like SUP Pilates, team-building exercises, or even a group clean-up, making it ideal for strengthening bonds within your group. Depending on the group’s level of confidence, there’s the chance to progress and develop new skills during the session.
Each venue is selected to provide a comfortable and safe environment for all participants.
You should wear practical clothing suited for the weather and bring a towel, a change of clothes, and footwear that can get wet, such as old trainers or flip-flops. Sunscreen and insect repellent are also advised for a more enjoyable experience.
Claire, also a BSUPA-qualified coach, has made rapid progress in paddleboarding, from a first-time paddler to a competitive racer. She brings a wealth of knowledge and energy to every session, and her love for the sport is evident. Claire’s goal is to ensure participants have a positive experience, whether they’re simply enjoying the water or striving to improve their skills.
