Despite the bad weather we had a throughly enjoyable day. Kath is a fantastic instructor and guide and she knew exactly just how much to push us :) My son is already planning our next trip and we plan to return again next year.

Welcome to our exhilarating guided mountain bike and e-bike weekends in the stunning landscapes of North Wales. Prepare for an unforgettable experience as we traverse some of the most scenic trails in the UK.
Our guided MTB and E-MTB weekends are set amidst the stunning landscapes of North Wales, a region renowned for its rugged mountains, dramatic lakes, and ancient landmarks. From the charming village of Betws-y-Coed to the historic town of Conwy, our routes traverse diverse terrain, offering riders an immersive experience in one of the UK's most iconic cycling destinations.
These weekends are suitable for riders comfortable with blue and most red-graded trails. Whilst there's no minimum age, please note that under 16's must be accompanied by a parent/guardian at all times.
Submerge yourself in the expertise of our MTB guides, led by Kath, a seasoned mountain biking enthusiast with over 30 years of experience. Kath's passion for the sport and extensive qualifications ensure a safe, enjoyable, and memorable adventure for all participants.
With a degree in Outdoor and Environmental Education, British Cycling L3 Leadership Award, L2 MTB Coach Award, Mountain Leader Award, and outdoor-specific First Aid Certificate, Kath and her team guarantee a personalised and enriching experience.
Accommodation arrangements are not included, but we can recommend nearby accommodation.
Yes, participants are responsible for bringing their own bikes and equipment. However, bike/e-bike and helmet hire can be arranged with prior notice for added convenience.
If you'd like to arrange this, please contact the Adventuro team via the online chat. They'll be more than happy to help!
Of course, you can cancel but we will not issue a refund. Please note that the weekend will go ahead despite any poor weather. There are many different ride options and locations which are more sheltered than others. We also recommend that participants bring warm and wet weather riding kit.
Weather permitting, the riding on these weekends will be mainly natural trails along with some technical riding on rocky terrain.
If you are happy riding a variety of red and black, trail centre trails and have ridden some off-piste then these weekend are suitable for you.
A well-fitting helmet is a must. No helmet, no ride! A half shell/ full-face with detachable chin bar / lightweight, enduro style full-face is suitable. You are likely to overheat if you ride in a heavy, DH full-face helmet.
Don’t panic… Anyone can have a bad day! Your guides are also qualified coaches and can offer top tips to help you. However, no-one should ever feel pressured to ride a feature they don't like the look of. Simply hopping off and walking bike down is often the best strategy.
We partner with Rewilding Britain to help protect our natural spaces for future adventures.
All centres are vetted for safety and quality. Your adventure is in good hands with adventuro.
