The adventure is suitable for individuals above 18 years of age, who can comfortably ride a mountain bike for 3 hours, and are at ease on blue and red trails.
You are required to bring a well-fitting mountain bike in good condition, a quality cycling helmet, appropriate clothing and footwear, gloves, eyewear, a waterproof jacket, enough water and snacks, and specific bike spares. However, we can assist you with bike hire if necessary.

Our tours go ahead in most weather conditions, as mountain biking is an all-weather activity. However, in extreme cases like heavy storms or unsafe conditions, we may reschedule the tour for the safety of all participants. We recommend checking the weather forecast and dressing appropriately. Our guides are experienced in adapting the tour to different weather conditions to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
You should bring a good quality, well-fitting cycling helmet, full-fingered gloves, protective eyewear, a waterproof jacket, appropriate clothing and footwear for the conditions, plenty of water, snacks, and bike spares specific to your bike. We provide expert guided navigation, mechanical support, and first aid assistance if necessary. Please note that bike hire, lunch, transport to the venue, parking, accommodation, and bike spares are not included but can be assisted with.
