From Cardiff, you can take a train from Cardiff Central Station to Barry Island Station. Trains run regularly and the journey typically takes around 30 minutes.
The taster session is suitable for most people who are excited to try paddlesports. If you have any concerns regarding suitability, then please put a note in the booking request form above.
The course is based at Barry Dock 1 in Wales, offering safe and sheltered waters for your paddling sessions.
The course fee includes all the necessary equipment, including wetsuit hire, buoyancy aid hire, watercraft and paddle hire, as well as access to parking and changing facilities.
