Participants should bring swimwear to wear under the provided wetsuit, lace-up trainers that can get wet, and a towel for drying off after the session. We recommend bringing sunscreen and a water bottle as well.

Participants should have a basic level of fitness as kayaking involves physical exertion. However, our tours are paced to accommodate the group's overall ability, and no intense physical fitness is required.
