Explore the exciting world of stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) with our 2-day course. Whether you're a novice or an experienced paddler, our programme based in Dartmouth offers a comprehensive learning designed to enhance your SUP skills in sheltered waters.
Over two days, you'll immerse yourself in the world of SUP with expert guidance. Day 1 begins with equipment familiarisation and safety briefings, followed by practical sessions on basic paddling techniques. We'll venture on a guided excursion along Dartmouth's scenic coastline, exploring peaceful waters and spotting local wildlife. After a beachside picnic, the afternoon focuses on advanced paddling skills and rescue techniques.
Day 2 builds on your skills with a review session before venturing into more challenging waters. Explore sea caves and navigate rocky outcrops under the guidance of experienced instructors. You'll refine your paddle strokes, learn to read water conditions, and enhance your decision-making abilities. The day culminates in a practical assessment to gauge your readiness for independent SUP adventures.
