Venture on a day filled with beautiful garden visits, tailored to your preferences. You'll have the chance to explore two or three of Kent's exquisite gardens. The day begins at Headcorn Aerodrome, where you’ll collect your electric bike and receive a detailed map and optional app for navigation. The route is designed to ensure you enjoy both the journey and the destinations.
A tour might include Sissinghurst Castle Garden, a masterpiece by Vita Sackville-West and Harold Nicholson, along with Great Dixter, known for its innovative gardening techniques. Your route can be customised based on garden availability and your interests.
Maps with photos of junctions will guide you, and for added convenience, a bike phone holder and USB cable are provided. Small plant purchases can be carried in panniers on your bike. Should you desire a guide, an additional fee of £100 applies, and booking in advance is necessary.

To fully enjoy the tour, familiarity with electric bikes is helpful but not required. Please ensure you bring your National Trust membership card if visiting any National Trust properties. For those opting for a guided tour, advanced booking is necessary.
All e-bikes have a minimum age requirement for them to be ridden legally. To use an EAPC legally in the UK, you must be at least 14 years old.

Upon arrival, you'll receive detailed information about your chosen route, including key stops and activities. We will demonstrate how to operate the electric bike and allow you to test ride it to ensure you're comfortable.
After a photo to remember your adventure, we will provide a safety briefing highlighting important areas to be cautious of before you start your journey.
Our e-bikes are equipped with puncture-proof tyres and sealant.
However, in the rare event of a puncture, please call the emergency number provided for assistance.
The e-bikes comes with a 50 mile range battery so you don't need to worry.
If something happens, you can always call us on the emergency number provided.
We recommend texting us your location periodically so we can track your progress along the route. Additionally, most of the time, we can assist by enabling geolocation on your phone.
Reception has significantly improved in the past four years. If you're concerned or running late (after 3pm), feel free to call us. We can provide shortcuts and are ready to assist if needed.
The tour is available as a full-day option. The full-day tour runs from 10am to 4pm.
