Immerse yourself in the thrill of catching air with our exhilarating mountain biking jumps and drops coaching sessions, nestled in the heart of Gwydir Forest.
Led by Kath or Llyr our sessions begin with mastering fundamental techniques such as front and rear wheel lifts, manuals, and bunny hops.
As your confidence builds, we progress to dissecting the anatomy of a jump, covering essential elements like the approach, lip, air time, and landing.
Through practice drills and personalised feedback, you'll develop the skills and understanding needed to tackle jumps and drops with finesse.
