參加海岸探險不需要任何經驗。 參加者需要能游泳 25 公尺，並且不畏水。 我們合資格的教練會提供所有必要的訓練與指導。
每節海岸探險活動約 2 小時，另安排 15 分鐘用於穿戴裝備及活動簡介。
是的，參加者的最低年齡為 8 歲。 18 歲以下人士必須由成人陪同。
請攜帶泳衣、一雙舊運動鞋（請勿穿人字拖、洞洞鞋或水鞋，因為它們容易在水中脫落）、毛巾及防曬乳。 另外也建議攜帶一瓶水，以及活動後更換的保暖衣物。
我們會提供海岸探險所需的所有裝備，包括潛水衣、浮力輔助衣及頭盔。 我們的裝備均按高標準維護，確保您的安全與舒適。
安全是我們的首要考量。 我們所有海岸探險活動均由完全合資格的 ISA 衝浪及立式划槳教練與 SLSGB 海灘救生員帶領。 每節活動前，我們都會進行詳細的安全簡報，並確保參加者全程由經驗豐富的教練陪同。 我們亦使用高品質的安全裝備，並根據團隊的能力調整活動內容。

Got some surfboards and wetsuits for a couple of hours. They were dropped off at the right place right time, he was very helpful and knowledgeable, gave us a little info about the beach because we hadn't surfed there before. Will definitely be using again and recommending
