Our route meanders through scenic farmland and forests, offering breathtaking views of the Cairngorm Mountains. On day two, we explore the scenic landscapes of Kerrow and the calm lochs of the region, before descending back towards Grantown on Spey.
Alternatively, opt for the Glenmore Forest route, which covers approximately 26 miles and 1250 feet ascent on day one, followed by around 22 miles and 875 feet ascent on day two.
This route begins with a journey south on the Speyside Way, with opportunities to explore delightful forest singletracks and gather provisions in Nethy Bridge. Traverse the peaceful landscapes of Abernethy & Glenmore Forests, encountering hidden trails and captivating wildlife along the way. Day two offers multiple route options, including a scenic return journey via Boat of Garten or a more exploratory route towards Carrbridge, providing diverse experiences for riders of all levels.
