Led by our expert BCU-qualified instructor, you'll glide across the gentle waves, taking in the sights of grazing horses, curious cows, and an array of rare birds.
With our easy-to-use 'sit on top' touring kayaks, no prior experience is necessary, making this tour suitable for all ages and skill levels. Enjoy regular breaks along the way, and feel free to bring your own equipment if you prefer.
Our journey begins at Mudeford Quay, where you'll set out to explore the scenic looks of Christchurch harbour. The route takes you past charming landscapes and natural wonders, offering a unique perspective of this coastal area.
No previous kayaking experience is required for this tour. Participants of all ages are welcome, making it the perfect family activity or a relaxing outing with friends.

We recommend wearing comfortable clothing suitable for the weather conditions, along with sun protection and a hat.
Feel free to bring along any refreshments you'd like, as well as a reusable water bottle to stay hydrated.
Our tours are suitable for ages 4 and above, with various kayak options available for different age groups.
Our centre is open every day from April -the end of October subject to demand and the weather.
We don’t charge extra for things you need for each booking. So wetsuits are available to all who want to use them. Buoyancy aids are compulsory so of course you get one of those.
All our kayaks come with back supports. We have a small selection of wetsuit shoes for those who forget, but as this is a more personal thing we suggest you bring your own enclosed toe type of shoe that can get wet.
Unfortunately, we don’t. A large council-owned car park in Mudeford Quay is payable by the hour.
Please note that the car park can be very busy during peak season and at the weekends, so please allow plenty of time before your lesson.
All users must read, understand and sign a waiver form prior to use. This will be found in your booking email. And as per your agreement, you must follow instructions given by the team. If in doubt ask.
