Each monthly clinic is delivered by well-known and experienced coaches Dan, Charlie, and Sam, who teach, compete, or hold sponsored roles as paddlers. You will receive both on-the-water development and personal development plans for you to work on in your own time.
Throughout the year, we visit different venues across the UK, helping you develop the skills to adapt your moves to different water features, enhancing your versatility as a freestyle kayaker. Each session focuses on learning about new venues and water hydrology, as well as mastering the next move in your repertoire.
Our coaches will provide long-term, supportive coaching to help you reach your goals in freestyle kayaking. You will also have the opportunity to meet and interact with other paddlers, building your own community of freestylers. Once a year, we offer a Rockstars Euro Invasion trip, taking a week to run to the sun and paddle freestyle every day.

Candidates should be confident in their ability to paddle on grade 2 water, including in a big boat if necessary. They should be able to swim in normal paddling clothing suitable for a moving water environment and have a solid roll, achieving at least 3 out of 5 attempts.
