Stand-Up Paddleboarding (SUP) provides a unique perspective of London and its waterways.
Established in 2012 by passionate paddlesport coaches, our mission to open up London's waterways for everyone still guides us today. The whole crew are dedicated to making your time on the water memorable.
Hire is suitable for paddlers with some experience, or those who have attended an 'intro' session (you can book this below if not!).
You'll need to be comfortable following navigation rules and controlling the craft in varying weather conditions.
Our SUPs are licensed for you to freely explore East London's canal network. We have a range of boards, and our team will assist you in selecting the perfect one for you.
Paddleboarding is generally suitable for anyone aged 14 and up. Any under-18's must be competent and accompanied on the water by a responsible adult. Dogs are welcome to share a board with an adult, but keep in mind, you may get wet! For families and younger children, we recommend you take a look at our canoe and kayak hire options at the bottom of this page.
All sessions start and finish at Poplar Union.

Complete gear is provided at £17 per hour, including board, paddle, leash, and buoyancy aid.

Step-free access to the canal, toilets, showers, cafe on site.
You should expect some splashes from your paddle, so it's best to bring a change of clothes.
Yes, you will need to have some experience and be comfortable standing up and controlling the board.

To hire any equipment from us, you must be able to swim and have adequate water confidence to keep yourself and other users safe. You need to be able to get yourself and your crew to safety should things take a soggy turn.

Amazing day! Adventuro have been exceptional! I was lucky enough to spend a gorgeous sunny day canoeing down the hackney canals with Katy, followed by some drinks at barge east just in time to avoid the rain ! Adventuro made booking easy, would thoroughly recommend!
