Spend two hours on the beautiful River Avon, where you can immerse yourself in stunning scenery and a diverse array of wildlife, including kingfishers, herons, dragonflies, and otters. Our canoes provide a tranquil escape, allowing you to forget the world and enjoy nature at its best. Each session begins and ends at Avon Valley Farm and must be booked in advance to ensure availability.
Our base is conveniently located at Avon Valley Farm, nestled between Bath and Bristol in Keynsham/Saltford. As you approach, drive over the small humpback bridge and take the next right before entering the Avon Valley Adventure & Wildlife Park. Follow the road over a few speed bumps, turn left into the business unit, and follow the signs to our car park. Head to the reception to start your adventure.

The session lasts for 2 hours, providing ample time to explore and enjoy the River Avon.
Personal swimwear, old trainers or water boots, and towels are recommended. Canoeing equipment is provided, as well as an essential buoyancy aid.
The River Avon is rich in biodiversity. Common sightings include Kingfishers, Herons, Dragonflies, and even Otters.
Plenty of free parking is available on-site, including disabled parking areas. An overflow car park is present for larger groups.
We will contact you in case of adverse weather or inadequate conditions. Once a session is booked, please presume it will go ahead unless we contact you. Adverse weather means, thunderstorms, gail force winds, freezing cold conditions, or a downpour of heavy rain. All other conditions, including light rain, we will proceed as normal.
