Experience the majestic Causeway Coast like never before on our Cave Exploration Paddleboard Tour. This 2-hour adventure will guide you through some of the most breathtaking sea caves, surrounded by the stunning natural scenery only accessible from the water.
Prepare to paddle through crystal-clear waters and explore hidden caves with our expert guides. This tour is designed for those with some paddleboarding experience who can handle moderate physical activity and re-mount the board in open water.
We will aim to venture inside the caves. Occasionally, sea and wind conditions can limit access inside the caves themselves, in which case we will explore stunning exterior cave views or alternative cave explorations where conditions are calmer.
The tour departs from Whiterocks Car Park, venturing along the iconic Causeway Coast. This area is renowned for its dramatic cliffs, stunning clear waters, and hidden cave formations.

Bring comfortable swimwear, water-resistant shoes, a towel, sunscreen, a hat, and water. A change of clothes for post-tour comfort is also recommended.
The tour starts at Whiterocks Car Park. Please arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time to allow for equipment distribution and a safety briefing.
Yes, previous paddleboarding experience is highly recommended as participants need to have basic board control and the ability to climb back onto the board in open water. If you have not tried SUP before, consider one of our lessons or a coastal tour, which you can view and book at the bottom of this page.
If weather conditions are deemed unsafe, we may have to reschedule the tour, offer an alternative activity, or provide a voucher for a future tour. We monitor weather conditions closely and will communicate any changes as early as possible.
The tour lasts approximately 2 hours. You will explore various sea caves and the surrounding natural scenery along the Causeway Coast, subject to sea and wind conditions.
