Participants must be 18 years or older to enroll independently. Those aged 15-17 can participate with the consent and presence of a parent or guardian.
Yes, you must have completed the SSI Level 1 Freediver course or an equivalent certification from another recognised agency to enroll in Level 2.
You will learn advanced freediving techniques including free falling, Frenzel equalisation, and specific training methods to increase breath-hold and dive depth efficiently. The course also covers lung stretching routines to adapt to deeper depths.
The course is designed to help participants comfortably reach depths between 25-30 meters, with a focus on mastering techniques to make deeper dives safer and more efficient.
The course fee includes all necessary freediving equipment, such as wetsuits, fins, masks, snorkels, and weight belts. Digital course materials and international certification fees are also included.
You must attend all theory and water sessions, demonstrate proficiency in the skills taught, and pass the final written exam with a score of at least 80%.
If adverse weather conditions prevent any of the open water sessions, we will reschedule them to ensure all course components are completed safely. Your safety and the quality of training are our top priorities.
Yes, upon successful completion of Level 2, you will be prepared to enroll in SSI Level 3 and other advanced freediving courses. Level 2 builds a strong foundation in both skills and theory, which are crucial for higher-level freediving achievements.
